Description:
The exploitation activities take place during the project after the initial planning, even if the results are related specifically to the last part of the project, and defined in the Exploitation strategy. The development and adaptation of the innovative LLL curricula in other LA HEIs contexts will make easier the exploitation of results in a vast spectrum of institutions but also in a broad lifelong learning context.
Another aim of the exploitation activity is to multiply the effect of the project among the stakeholders and advocating changes.
If the dissemination strategy will be effective, during the life of the projects, the consortia will reach stakeholders with a high multiplier effect potential and which could influence changes resulted necessary from the project’s activities at:
- Local/Regional level: need for more initiative to promote and foster University and enterprise connections
- National level: need for legislative, organizational and social changes to include LLL curricula, credit systems, QA systems
- International level: need for more influential pressures as a stimulus for national changes.
To give a first start to change and exploit the project results will be organized a International Final Conference, with the participation of external experts and all the stakeholders interested and previously achieved by the dissemination activities.
The final Conference will be involving and clearly addressing the policy makers (in particular the Ministries of Education). Invitations to the policy makers, relevant stakeholders and other HEIs will be enhanced by a bottom-up and top-down approach (Partner HEIs, networks, Seminars and Workshops > Governing Bodies and Governing Bodies, Legislation, regional, national and international Norms > Feasibility Studies, Analysis and proposals through piloting project)
